Look and listen

Tom or Ray visits, measures up and asks what you actually want from the space. Surveys are free within our area.

Fixed written price

An itemised quote, broken down by stage, with a start date we mean. No round numbers plucked from the air.

On site

The same small crew through the whole job, a Friday walk round every week, and surprises shown to you priced, not buried.

Sign-off

Building control certificates, electrical and gas paperwork, and a ten year structural guarantee in writing.
