Bathroom and partial rewire

The ceiling below told the story before we lifted a tile: the old shower had been leaking into the void for years. We stripped the room to joists, replaced two, tanked the whole wet area and pressure tested before a single tile went on.

While the floor was up, our electrician Marcus rewired the upstairs lighting and socket circuits, which saved the owners a second round of disruption within a couple of years.

Walk in shower, wall hung basin, underfloor heating, and a photographic record of the first fix left with the owners for whoever works on the house next.
