Una storia di famiglia Our story

Fiamma started in 2019 with two siblings from Modena, a second-hand pasta machine and a stubborn belief that Bristol deserved tagliatelle the way our nonna made it.

Everything is made in this room: the bread, the pasta, the gelato. The fire never goes out, and neither does the argument about whose ragù is better.
